You know it's hard taking your own advice sometimes

Sometimes when I sit and think

I rather be alone sometimes

But then I don't want to be alone

But whenever I'm around people I feel alone

It's like my mind would be everywhere 

And it's hard to stay in one place and be aware

I feel like I need motivation to keep me going 

Without it, I feel alone

Like I don't belong

Am I ever relaxed..

Am I anxious, anxiety , or wander..

I feel like I'm always anxious or feel like I have anxiety

Not knowing what's expected ,what's the next step, what's headed in my way
