Golden Gray Silence

Silence is gray.

Silence is golden.

Shut your eyes to push away,

or to drift away.

I love not to lose,

but to remember.

The picture is awesome, kind of scary though.
The poem seems to tell me that even though we may lose somebody, we always have the memories.
How far off the mark am I?
I do like the writing, but am maybe a little bit too dense to understand the underlying meaning.

I'm actually so glad you said that because that's exactly what I was saying with it! Glad my poems have a clear message 🙂
