Flash of Contentment (Poem)

Only just a few months ago I had so much assistance. Now I'm here on my own questioning my existence.

Times were so simple. I thought I was living the dream but it all disappeared so quickly like evaporated steam.

If only time machines were real especially at this moment of time that'd be so ideal. It would personally change how I feel.

I just wanna be happy, like a joyful toddler who didn't worry about anything except wearing a nappy.

Looking back on the days that people actually cared for each other. I'm just grateful that I've still got my mother & father.

I just want to inform you that's isn't my sad life story. I'm not trying to seek any pity attention or for anyone to feel sorry.

I'm just speaking for some others, revealing the the hidden truth and hopefully one day making a difference to today's youth.
