Lies from your lips

femlord

I remember it hurt, worse than it does now

Digging up your lies like weeds infesting my garden

I was too drunk off your intoxicating vibe to mind the damage you were creating just before my eyes

Or was it love replacing my brain with my heart.. fooling me and leading me blindly into your bed of lies heart first, and trust second

Maybe it was a poisonous cocktail of both that taste so much like love when I licked the potion off my lip

I must have overdosed out of control because the very thought of you now makes my body gag with regret and disgust, oh I wonder how I ever believed those lies from your lips,
