Storm

ruby.e

Dangerous wind blows.
Never ending rain.
Fallen limbs on lawns.
Power lines in the road.
Houses flooded.
Towns evacuated.
Families torn apart.
People lost in the water.
Starving.
Stranded.
Crying.
All because of a storm.
It's finally over.
Cities still flooded.
Then another on hits.
It's just as bad as the first.
Power goes out.
Schools closed.
Water everywhere.
All because of a storm.

It is going to take a long time to recover from such a severe storm. Wish them safe.
    Well written.

      True and thanks

These storms show us that no matter how important we think we are, we don't matter! Nature shows us who is the boss! All we can do is cower, pray, and hope for the best.

        Very true
