Let's start with a Biscuit

Abu Aeesh

You see, when our mind tries to recall something it searches for it in things that are similar. Like the first letter of the word or that word you're sure if you remember you'll find the actual word you are looking for. Psychologist call it 'Associative Activation' but there might be more to it. That process is like a bell - so to speak- that sets the body, mind to vibrate at the same frequency; to help unify and get a sense of direction. To line up the crucial; sieving it from the trivial... Point is, we always need someone or something to remind us of who we are and who we should be, even if it was "just" that bell. What else does a person need after that!!? A biscuit
