I had hatred when people hurt my friends and family
I hate when people don't care and leave
I had hatred for my mom when she left

I had had hatred when my mom and stepdad got married
I hate my life
Pain/anger
I had so much pain I got angry
Why did you leave me and give me hatred?
The pain won't stop the anger won't stop
I'm falling apart
I had pain when my mom chose my stepdad over me
I had hatred when my mom stopped caring

- Comment from author about the poem: My mom and dad got divorced when I was 3 and she got married to my stepdad a year later when I was 9 he physically abused me and my mom stayed with him and thinks I will get along with him just fine.
