Lost yesterdays
Always calling us back
Like the pull of an old photograph
From a vintage film Kodak
Re-discover
What once was new
Save it forever
Deep in the heart of you
And someday you’ll look back
As you stroll down memory lane
Cherish the smiles from
Lost yesterday’s you’ll find again
Times with your mom and dad
Trips to the ice cream shop
Fascination in the toy store
And watching popcorn pop
Rides at the amusement park
And Cotton Candy at the carnival
All the oohs and aahs
From fireworks marvels
How excited you got
With your first new bike
Then on your first date
And it was more than just like
A fortune in time
Down Memory Lane you’ll pay
For another chance
To savor those lost yesterdays

Thanks Christina. Those old photographs you're saving can be saved by various mean, but they are the originals. Can't go take those shots again. Glad you're holding on to them. ; )
