The feeling of being alone
creeps in as dawn arrives
& flashbacks of his love
surround me
Just like morning fog
blurry from the alcohol
his eyes appeared
in front of mine
he slowly kissed my forehead
and told me goodbye
Little did i know
I'd never hear from him again
The pain was almost worst
than my sin
crying because of what
could have been
