Jumping Ship

The 2 A.M Writer

So long, not dropping anymore anchors

I'm jumping ship, and maybe one day you'll catch me

Don't cry about memories, smile and you'll see

I'm jumping ship, fall into the sea

Writing the obituary, include all of your regrets

We're jumping ship, fuck your gods

Neither of us care, void the odds

We're jumping ship, it'll help lots

Last day on Earth, now to my true home

I jumped ship, do you miss me?

Don't worry, I know it's different then what seemed

I jumped ship, I wish it was a dream
