Silence

JamesTheLaborer

The silence kills me

It lets the demons creep in

Disguised as happy memories

They remind me of those beautiful moments

Moments that changed me and filled the emptiness inside

Then they gently whisper “You’ll never feel that again”

That truth hurts my soul

My heart weeps
