Standing There

Noenpegase

Winter’s cold breath breathing down by back

Ice nipping at my neck like piranhas

I saw her standing there

Frosted tears rolling off my face

Walking to the edge she cried

Standing on the edge

Singing a melancholy song

With one tiny step

She fell
