Life

Malcom R.

When you’re a toddler life is simple

As you get older that theory starts to crinkle

You start missing the days of eat, play, sleep, repeat

You have to start school, you have to start to think

Then you become a teen and have a lot of responsibility

Let’s not even talk about the adults bills one being $100 utility

Then you get older and worry about dying

You think way back to the times you surpassed trying

So enjoy every moment of life weather good or bad

Because one day you will want to think of every moment you had

Well, I saw a 'training for next astronaut' programme on TV. Probably one of the most difficult things on earth to train for. A guy age 23 got through to the final stage. They questioned the finalists on things, including any experiences of death, bereavement, etc. The 23 year old had not much experience. He wouldn't have, being of a young age, and (thankfully) none of his relatives had passed on as yet. of course, it's not only 'old' people that die. But don't go getting run over by a bus or anything at your age (ooh!) 🙂
