As we age

Farmerama

As days get shorter and nights get colder,
As we all keep getting older.
As another sunset ends we end another day,
As upon our heads we welcome yet another grey.
As we weaken as we wrinkle,
As our memories begin to crinkle.
As we stop standing still,
As we weaken from being ill.
As we stay in the beds we've made,
As our lives continue to fade.
As the regret creeps upon our stage,
As the curtain falls it stops our age.
As the time the tears will shed,
As the life leaves we lay dead.
