Love Remains To Teach Us Every Night.

kevin browne

We think of beauty in so many ways it leaves us pondering
To express something new like when Mona Lisa flew away
Fragrant nights in Paris scenting the taste of a ladies thigh
And the Champs-Élysées aristocrats play love affair tonight
Underneath the cover of a lovers note is a sad 'goodbye'
Where teardrops open up the vision of never losing hope
Berlin avenues blossoming icy glaciers of a love that's true
The touch, yes, a touch of velvet eyelash with a love supreme
An owl glides through the air eloquently as any majestic flight
If you imagine capturing something with poetic prose, I might
A soul is wrapped around the Moon shining its gravitational pull
Where water flows carrying thoughtful messages to the ones I love
A heartfelt warmth of a deepened kiss leaving the beats in charge
A vase with just a lonely flower speaks a million words off hand
Bridges hold the shape since the day great architect was built
For there were history books telling stories of Shakespeare in love
With his quill quivering over this woman who he slept with today
We bounce, we sport, we jest, we swim and learn how to play
Then between poverty and wealth are a difference just the same
Stepping behind everything there is to know is another step to take
A human mind filled with magic innovative genius intriguing ways
The colour of life opens up to reveal a real landscape of thought
When hearing the sound of a baby's voice and it's very first cry
That managing the swelling of a craving heartbeat can go crazy
Saddened butterflies cry when a mother flies away to die
In such glamour there sits the headstone of another human life
With that sweet romance, love remains to teach us every night.

'A human mind filled with magic innovative genius intriguing ways', this line Kevin, so aptly describes you. That is where all your exquisite writing comes from.
