the wind and the lion

Frank Prem

I call on the lion

let him roar

let him roar

I call on the lion

let him roar

king?
let him rule

in the jungle

savannah too

I call on the lion

let him roar

I blow through his mane

I hear him roar

hear him roar

I whisper aloud his name

hear him roar

friend?
I am no fool

the jungle
let him rule

but I know
the lion’s name

let him roar

      An incredible poem, Frank. Still trying to get it though. Need to read it a few more times!
      If you know him, really know him, the roar does not frighten you.

        Don't look too deep, Fred. I just liked the way it came out.

          The structure is amazing. I always like to look deep, one never knows what one might find! 🙂
