Going online is a thriller,
and a relationship killer.
You can talk to whomever in person
but they can still put you on mute.
You shoot them a message and they can-will ignore you,
because it's easy to press, "Delete conversation"
Even when the other person is in complete devastation.
They don't think of that.
You told them off for a good reason.
They participated in emotional treason.
There may have been a time when
their love, their care was your only reason.
But you need to move on, like a crisp, defined season.
Of course there are days that you miss the memories
but remember all their treacheries.
Don't worry about that text back
you stay focused on you, on your track.
