When you love someone

Katelynn

There are things that you don't know about in this family.

Sometimes mothers and fathers fall out of love,

Sometimes two homes are better than one,

Sometimes the best intentions were wasted on a change of mind or just weren't good enough.

Some things you can't tell your little brother because he is still too young,

Yeah down the road you'll understand.

When you love someone,

There is no one here to blame.

Your old friends are still there,

Your room will stay the same,

because you'll only be there on the weekends.

It doesn't make sense, but nevertheless

You've got to believe me, it's all for the best.

It doesn't make sense,

Yeah I would know.

Falling out of love is hard,

But falling for betrayal is worse.

Thinking all you need is there,

Yet you're still trying to figure out where.

Building faith on love and words.

Empty promises will wear out.

I remember years ago,

Someone told me i should take caution when it comes to love.

Little did I know that it would be so tough.
