I can feel the intensity of how I felt

For you,

Disappearing into the darkness,

Letting blinding beams of hope

Shine through, creating a pathway

 

To achieving the bigger dreams

That once dominated my mind.

Now I am aware, 

 

That there are more important things

Than you,
