Lies

I Made My Name Rhyme Since I Had A Lot of Time

Lies

Happiness is gone with every single sigh,

Tears are shed, with every single lie.

“Love”, they said,

It wasn’t, now a heart’s dead.

I said “I really love the rain”,

I did not, I only said so, for it hides my tears and pain.

I told myself “I am never sad”,

Was there ever a time that I was glad?

Lying is heaven, lying is bliss,

As painful, as depressing, than a thorny rose’s kiss

Day, noon and night is the perfect time to tell your lies,

Cry the crocodile tears, the best disguise.

With indifferent eyes, you give a smile,

Our lies turns, into a great big pile.

But I will always remember the day when you did not lie,

That was when you said goodbye.
