Our Tree

w c

Our Tree

Most trees live many seasons

And have many years to grow

They display many colors

And possess a hardy soul

Many trees provide good shade

And give animals protection

Treehouses are sometimes made

and pass the strictest of inspections

Couples proudly carve their initials

And make a little heart

There it makes their love official

And a relationship it marks

Remember to count the tree rings

When the tree must be cut

And know the seasons wet and dry

While they were growing up

Although trees are stationary, aside from that, what if trees were more similar to us than we realize? As you said,
          "They display many colors
          And possess a hardy soul"

Thanks AP! Yes, we may be more similar to trees than we realize.
