She's my reality

tvocals101

I wake up, i think about you

I go to sleep, i think about you

During the day, i think about you

When i see your face it brightens up my day

When i see your face, i humble myself for any pain I've ever caused

When i see your face, i realize what a blessing is

Taking care of you gives me joy

Your presence is that of a new adventure. No dull moments

I have visions of touching you and holding your hand, while stealing throwbacks telling you "I wanna be your man"

Something that was once a reality started slipping away from me, idiotic decisions had you thinking less of me

Damn i see...i gotta get back to the basics. I gotta get back to how you first believed in me

Not saying you dont believe in me, but situations have caused you to pause....on me.

I have to appreciate what God is doing. He took a man like me who thought i knew what i was doing. Broke me all the way down and made me feel ruined. Picked me back up and said... "son this is how you gonna do it".

So he took me out to bring me back the person you knew, but with added features and reconstruction for our conjunction.

Its not always easy to have faith in the things God wants us to have faith in. But as soon as we begin too... thats when blessings never seen before will start to begin.

She's my reality

  • Comment from author about the poem: When you have one of the most special women in the world, that feeling alone will empower you to express your feelings. Love is delicate and sometimes we take that for granted.
