Mr. Miss

Netashi

  • I miss the old days that we used to have

We were free kids happy with troubles we never had

  • I miss when we slept on the couch and woke up on the bed

We thought we had powers but we had a guardian angel instead

  • I miss when we got mad at ourselves on Saturday

Not waking up early to watch cartoons it would ruin our day

  • I miss going to the grocery store with my mom and grabbing things

Telling me I couldn’t have that then I’d start crying

  • I miss not worrying about my future and my plans

Everyone around has an idea and are in couples and I don’t understand

  • I miss my old self not care in the world

Didn’t want a future a family or a loving girl

  • But most of all I miss myself and my light and happiness

No hassle to be happy or relieved now I have no rest

  • Now I find that being unhappy is somehow bliss

If you have forgotten my name just call me Mr. Miss
