Obsolete

Baylee

The moon belongs to him

for he is the umbra

she casts upon this soil

His moon shines brilliantly

against the sun

Luring the waves towards her ghostly,

glowing soul

Carrying him with them,

becoming obsolete

underneath her wavering image

below these embracing, airless waters.
