Regret

Sugar Suicide

My teeth have turned black

and my heart left to wander

my fingers tremble over decisions

while my heart screams about the past

my regrets have come out to play

with a simple task of ruining my day

I thought they were packed away

under a lock of forgetfulness

but yet they always seem to open

always seem to run wild when the time is right

My regrets will forever take my mind away

from everything I had to do today
