off the book

missing page

You know off the book, never thought i would, ever land. Back to my home dream land. Made up in my mind, I'm my own sandman. Barely escaping alive, from never land.

Lost boy missing pics on street lamps, captain hook chasing kids missing his one hand. Down sixth street where i used to live, coming for the kids on his big floating ship. One by one he would nap them from their innocence, reminds me of the tree missing apples from its branch. Up and gone kidnapping acting innocent. Reminds me of the couple times seen many praying hands, let me know if youre down to dance. Flying up high pulling away the light of day. Floor is lava at night pulling down her sky away. From careless whispers bringing me all the way down. To free bird feeling of flying away right now. From careless whispers heard all over town. To free bird feeling of always flying around. The story that shook the town, bigger than any earthquake would. Hearts broken all around. The swimming of the soccer team a mistake, shut out inner dreams too, no ones ever going to live about. How they once could. The winning of that dreaming team shouts out to the bitter scene being played by captain hook. No ones ever going to live about. How they once could.

You know off the book, never thought i would, ever land. Back to my home dream land. Made up in my mind, I'm my own sandman. Being then called back late at night, by peter pan reaching out with one less missing hand. Looking at a closed window waiting to see if she grew too. Barely escaping alive, forever land. No ones ever going to live about, how they once could.
