The Color Of Me

HarperGrace

We All Have Our Little Ways

Pink, sweet and kind.

The color of innocence and cotton candy.

Pink, sweet as a piglet.

Yet it is not the color of me.

Yellow, cheerful and bold.

The color of happiness and sunny skies.

Yellow, cheerful as pots of honey.

Yet it is not the color of me.

Orange, bouncy and fun.

The color of individually and carrots.

Orange, bouncy as a spring.

Yet it is not the color of me.

Red, free and bright.

The color of luck and roses.

Red, free as a floating balloon.

Yet it is not the color of me.

Grey, lost and numb.

The color of loneliness and stone.

Grey, as lost as a missing tail.

I suppose that, is the color of me.
