The Rats' Agenda

Dent Moses

Jimbob the cat
Ran into a rat
And tried to eat it.
But the rat was too fast
And Jimbob the cat
Could not beat it.
Kevin, his rival
Was waiting down alley
And heard the little feet,
Jumped out the corner
And caught himself something to eat.
At this point Jimbob
Had lost all his manners
"How could God want other than me?"
He thought this must mean
His agenda is pointless.
Working and running and crying
For merely a bite to eat.
He died alone staving
At the corner of harving
And then rats chewed off his feet
