Couldn’t you ask for help, why’d you have to die
You had so much to live for, so much left to say
Now I can only imagine if you were here today
We did so much together shared everything we knew
We talked of losing each other and what we each would do
Goodbye my friend I love you but I’ll never understand
Why you left me all alone in this cold deserted land
Didn’t you even think of me before you passed away
How each morning I’d awaken to a cold and dreary day
Goodbye my friend I love you and your time isn’t through
Old pages that you left will in my book still be new
Hello my Love! It’s crazy the nightmare I’ve been through
But seeing you here as I awake is a Beautiful Dream come True
