They say, You could have your fame cemented in a star on the boulevard
If you quit questioning where to start
Decide to dance at long last
Let go of the love you lost
To nonchalance
What's the point in arguing
the toss the cost and on and on.. it goes..until they say I told you so. I'm going for the good times, I'm heading for the sunshine streets of gold, oh here I go.
They say, You could have your face spray painted on a wall in downtown L.A
If you could get out of your own way.
Learn to laugh at the past
Let go of the words of fools
Still haunting you.
What's the use in arguing
the toss the cost and on and on.. it goes..until they say I told you so. I'm going for the good times, I'm heading for the sunshine streets of gold, oh here I go.

Enjoy your journey , my friend!
Wow - loved the form and flow of this positive write Ed. - Must read it again so in it goes into my faves.......
Yes, we're all held back by our upbringing, background and the words of 'fools'. But, indeed, what price of selling out all these and buying into fame and fortune.... a free listing in suicides-R-us maybe? Excellent write. Into my favourites.
