The crush that I met from Cyberspace

 

We met on an app, somewhere in cyber space. Thinking there was no way that we’d ever meet face to face, it wasn’t love it wasn’t fate. Let’s be honest, this is cyber space!

Til I went to see a show, one I’d never seen before...That’s when I saw you, you came through that door... Is this real, could this be? This pretty girl that was just talking to me? I know it’s you, I know your face. The girl I met in cyber space.

I greeted you openly, do you remember me? You stared at me unknowingly, with unsure eyes you came to see, as you stood there right in front of me, is that you? Could it be, it has to be, you talked to me! I know that face! the boy I met in cyber space

But I was unsure, the body language.. so unclear to me.... Maybe, you’re just not all that in to me...So I guess that’s it, it’ll have to be... A crush is all it will ever be...

We become friends, we talk now and then, but the crush still remains.. just like back then.. when a guy and a girl met at the most unlikely place.. an app somewhere out in cyber space

It’s been 3 years now....Time has came and went...both gone down roads we wish we never went.. yet here we are again, tried an true.. this crush leads me... right back to you......She doesn’t like me like that it isn’t true, we’ve always been friends, there’s no way she likes me too!

Or maybe she hid it too... thinking a friendship is something that she’d lose, not knowing that I had that fear too. Until I realized that, nothing could take that away it isn’t true, because for some reason this crush leads me back to you...
