A Note to the Void

So, I've said this once before,
And circumstances seem to stay unchanged,
But in the dark and forever lost,
I feel the hope growing dim on what could never be,

How can you not feel what I cannot forget?
This life is killing me and no one will ever know,

See my heart suffers when I break,
This pain I can no longer take,
There's no more feeling I can fake,
Before it's too late, my life i will take,

I know it's been said,
And there's no hope for change,
Maybe lost is the new found,
What was meant to be is non-existent,

How can you not feel what i cannot forget?
This life is killing me and no one will ever know,

Moving forward to stop the pain,
It hurts to know what I would've gained,
Faking is the only way forward now,
Ending my life, only causing more pain,

I know it's not what you want to hear,
And the thought of losing me only brings fear,
But what cannot change, can never be,
So please forgive me and dry your tears.
