The River.

Wallace

The deep river flows fast.

Through it father time does quickly pass.

Its waters so clean.

Its strength so mean.

A giver of life and death.

Don't mess with it are it will take your last breath.

The river flows deep.

Into earth its life giving qualities do seep.

A sight to cherish.

To earth it does nourish.

Its liquid of life.

Its liquid that can stab you in the back with a sharp bladed knife.

The deep river flows fast.

Long may it last.
