Love is beautiful

iwishiwasannonymous

When love has you,
At first it’s sweet.
There’s one one else you’d rather see
Their smile is sweet and eyes are pure
They have nothing but open doors.

But as it’s grows and so do you
love takes turns, some old some new

It can make you happy
Make you sad
Make you crazy
And make you mad

You want to scream and
Cry and punch
But love is beautiful don’t forget.
And so you’ll ignore and carry on
Like listening to and old favourite song.

When they hurt you,
And trust me they will,
They’ll tell you they’re sorry and for a while it’s true

But they will go back
and do it again
A message here a message there
Even when you’re in their arms

‘I miss you’ they’ll say, but you’ll pretend
Not to see them hold your tongue and count to ten, because you don’t want to cause a fuss over something that could innocent.

They’ll pretend to be normal,
And you will too,
But you see that’s the hardest thing to do.

To tell them you love them
and hold their hand.
Listen to their fears and understand.

But you know they don’t,
because that word now
Is the worst word that you’ve ever heard

Love isn’t beautiful.
It’s cruel and mean,
It’ll make to feel like you’re the worst human being.

Love can kill,
And murder and scheme
Because you see there’s too much at stake
To be faithful to a single mate

Love isn’t beautiful.
Don’t believe that lie
Love is painful and can make you die.
