Hidden Hero

Tiny8790

The glasses he wears only as a mask
To be a hiddend hero is a very tricky task
My daddy is my hero
That you didn't know
There was a distance between us
And it really did show
Behind closed doors
No one ever seen
The way we really where
It's was like a dream
The best thing we had in common
Was cooking through our blood
The moments in the kitchen
Where filled with unconditional love
He was taken from us early
But now he's out of pain
Each and everyone of us
I think we feel the same
He told us not to cry
Not to shed a tear
Although we can't see him
He's always standing near

Thank you all. I'm new to posting. Only write every so often and didn't think I was any good but a friend told me to post... and here we are. So thank you all.
