   I constantly think about the day we met 

   the way I felt, the way you made me sweat. 

   You’re smile made me catch butterflies

   and I wanted to show you I wasn’t like the other guys.

   When we spoke it was like magic, and I felt

    Like you where the one.

    I dreamed of a future of us getting married 

    And us having a son.

    You made me feel complete and brand new...

    A year has gone by and now I am now I am blue.

    You said you were done, “that’s it we’re through!”

    Now my heart is broken and shattered in two. 

    You were best friend and had all my trust

    Now I’m all alone feeling like a bust

    I lay in the dark reminiscing are past 

   Feeling hurt and sad wondering why we couldn’t last.

   You were my first kiss, first time, and made me feel 

    So cool.

   Now all those times make me feel like a fool. 

   I barely get rest but I hope for the best. 

   Now all of those memories are thrown away in a chest.
