Cracks all over the pavement, ladders over head,
A black cat crosses in the distance,
I have no idea where to tread.
A path of broken mirrors, stretches out far before my eyes,
My mouth filled with ulcers, from everytime I've said I'm fine; and lied.
A single magpie watches me, from the minute that I wake,
The faulty umbrella on my landing, I believed had sealed my fate.
But then your eyes met mine, and superstitions in comparison felt small,
To have the chance to be with you, I'd walk under, through, and past them all.
