Listening to my heart

Poetic Dan

It's not that I miss you all
It's that I love you all so much...
So much that I get a knot in my throat
Rivers of emotions run from my eyes and nose

I'm forever learning to let go
Having faith in the seeds sown
What's put out will return
Nothing can feel missed
Once we become whole

Thank you for inspiring me
Being the wind on my back
The sun that brings play
The cold to hold tight
As I ride this wave of life
Needing nothing but my inner light
