Lessons

Saye mkandawire

I hate to say you're a lesson I had to learn
But you taught me what it feels like not being wanted, but wanting the affection that I know only you can bring.
The beauty in the love and madness sometimes the sadness that connects us in every way.
But you taught me what it is like to have that crushed and shattered and leave me feeling like nothing else matters
Till I find out what does and move on .
I hate to say you're a lesson I had to learn but it was a lesson worth learning.
