For I am quiet

Waltdanto22

For I am quiet, and my heart is silence.

Let me be around the flowers near heaven,

And inspired my soul by the garments of the clouds;

with my bare feet on the sun,

blown away by lonely hearts that aren't ready.

Yea, they don't want to know the truth,

For I am quiet, and my mind sleeps in solitude.

Let me follow the path of a dreamer,

death is a place and a pause from the space,

though you know the bright light of tomorrow.

Still irrelevant to the shadows of time,

O my God! I'd rather pray.

Drops dampen my face, can't see the rain,

unable to run, wretched of my own illusion,

for I am quiet, pinned by the thoughts of this day.

  • Comment from author about the poem: Always reflect that quiet time in you when your soul smiles at you and your creative force unfolds the healing you need about any issue or trouble that you may be facing. \r\nWriting like reading is beneficial for one\\\'s life and growth. \r\n\\\"For I am quiet\\\" portraits that and more, even though it may take more than once for readers to grasp its essence .
