Fuzz

skyebellasario

Holding my head up to the clouds

I'm trying to forget

The clouds swamp me

And the world turns to fuzz

I'd rather it stay fuzzy

Than run back to the image of you

I wish I could see

What I mean to you

All I think about is how

I can't be the only one

Who feels the sun smile

When we talk

I wish I could know if

My mind is playing tricks on me

When I peer out of the corner of my eye

And see you gazing at me

If you feel it

Why can't you say

I'm tired and don't want

Another fuzzy day

  • Comment from author about the poem: I've missed writing so I thought I'd take a break from studying and piece together a poem. It's not the best I've written and I'm not feeling very inspired lately, hopefully I will soon :)

Hope you do real well with your exams, Skye! But then, I figure that if you handle the exams as well as you write, there should be no problem!!! 🙂

Oh, nearly forgot: May you never have another fuzzy day in your life!
