Like the water that runs in the tub with you in
the middle
It is warm but your so cold
You splash the warm water upon your skin
The warmth leaves your cold body so quickly
You panic when the warmth leaves you and harshly splash it on yourself but the warmth leaves faster
You push your face underwater getting a calm sensation like peace and quiet have finally found you
You stair at your hands underwater and move your fingers slowly
You left your head up for some air to go back to your safe place
One part that makes it safe is how warm it is
How relaxing the feeling is on your skin you really found something that feels like home
Yup under the water and through words because all of your thoughts are not so bad after all
They can just be harsh sometimes
Your feelings they can be good but leave so fast
You miss it
But you're so used to feeling something negative...... even sometimes
You miss that too
I don't want the warmth to leave
I wanted it to stay
I want to learn how to feel normal with the warmth and not feel normal with the cold Like...
The water that runs in the tub with you in the middle
Is like the water that rushes though your fingers under the tub spout
