Isn't it two-sided maybe? Or sometimes? I mean, we partly choose to react in a depressive way, unless we can't help it. It might be 'clinical depression'. I'm no doctor or psychiatrist though. It's my amateur view.
Meanwhile - if it was not so serious - having a bad-hair day there? Oh I know, I washed my hair, now I can't do a thing with it! heehee.
