Reality come crashing in on me when I wake
It hurts
So I decide I want to sleep forever.

Haha yes sleeping forever sounds greeeatt.
But here I meant it as, you know. Them taking their own life. "sleep forever" meaning die.
You probably knew that though hah.
Haha yes, I understood and still find your poem quite relatable. I personally imagine there's a good chance death might be quite similar to a sleep state, if there is any experience involved in it at all.
