ON  A BARREN LAND WINSWEPT AND FAR AWAY

ALL ALONE IM SEARCHING FOR A SIGN TO SHOW ME THE WAY

SEARCHING FOR A GUIDING LIGHT ALL I SEE IS DARKNESS  ONE IN SIGHT

THE MAP OF LIFE IN RUINS ALL AROUND ME 

 

OH IF I HAD THE WINGS OF AN EAGLE 

I WOULD RISE UP AND FLY SO HIGH
