Your Warmth

skyebellasario

A road lies in front of me

A  vibrant sky full of endless possibilities

Stretched ahead.

A splatter of rain

Drips down my face.

A desire burns in me

To run.

Away from the rain

Into the perpetual opportunities.

But I turn to see

Your face.

A beacon of light

In the rainstorm.

A battle in my mind.

Should I stay to feel your warmth

Or run and create my own?

Very good Skye! I love the burning question you leave the reader with. So many people struggle with that question. It's yours to make! Great job!

Thank you so much for your constant support Christina! Sorry about the late reply 🙂

Well written, skye! Great question at the end. Do I stay within my comfort zone, or do I venture outside, maybe get hurt, maybe succeed beyond my wildest dreams?

Thank you Fred, I say when you leave your comfort zone is when the adventure begins! Sorry about the late reply 🙂
