are you really ok?

when people ask you "are you ok?" how are you supposed to respond? is the comeback of the question supposed to be "im ok" or "im fine" lie? tell them what they want to hear? make it to where they're ok? feelings are yet another mystery for me overcome. there's no true way to describe your feelings. i mean the blunt reactions include *happy* * sad* *mad* but what about those feelings that jumble your mind. those feelings that no one can pin point? hearing “are you ok?” is hysterical because the person asking typically feels the same way you do. as though i’m not so insane.
