Dont quit your daydream *

carrothannks

I am the daydreamer.

You all know me,

most of you are like me.

I keep quiet,

lost in my mind.

Dreaming, yet awake.

I stare out the car window,

everyone finds me upset.

I am not upset just content,

with the beauty outside.

I watch the snow fall, carelessly over the trees.

I watch the birds loose control in the breeze.

I watch the wind turbines just spin and spin and

spin.

I watch it all, just taking the view in.

I am not here,

you can call it space.

Ive won perhaps the lottery up there

or maybe won first place

I am at the mall, no need to spend less.

Here in space,

the possibilities are endless.

I am a daydreamer,

dreaming yet awake.

when life is getting ruthless,

and you start to loose the fight.

you too can daydream,

and pretend that all is right.
