Wounded you deeply, they didn't give a choice.
Stole a part of you that left a void,
A part of you that left a heart destroyed.
You may not, but I see an inner fire,
To live and breathe, a burning desire.
So make the call now to forget the past,
Espying love again that will last.
Empowering faith, you chose to live,
Now be strong enough to forgive
Not all are cruel as the one that took a choice,
They weren't strong enough to take that inner voice.
