how do i cope with this

how do i move on

how do i look at you and love you

when you left me for her

how do i look at anyone

the way i look at you

every time i try to move on

i feel like i am cheating on my own heart

and i can't breathe

but you left me

for her

so how do i cope with this

you said you loved me

you said i would have your last name

you said that forever was guaranteed

and now i can't breathe

so how do i cope with this

how do i cope with

broken promises

and

bloody arms

and

remembering to forget you

you were a guarantee

you were the only thing i believed in

how do i cope with this
